08/16/24 – Notice of Intent to Apply, New Projects – Written submission to Collaborative Applicant by 4pm. Emailed to OK504CoC@gmail.com or delivered to 1251 Triad Village Drive, Norman, OK 73071.

9/16/24 - New & Renewal Project Application Deadline – Submitted in eSnaps and to ok504coc@gmail.com by 5pm

09/17/24 to 10/01/24 – Rank and Review Process

10/03/2024 – Rank and Review recommendations sent to BOD members for review.

10/08/2024 – BoD Meeting, Vote to designate Funding and Prioritization for 2024

10/10/24 – Notice of Funding Decision and Priority Ranking to website and project applicants.

10/16/24 – Consolidated App to BoD for Vote

10/21/24 – OK504 Consolidated Application posted to website (no later than 10/25/24)

10/25/24 – OK504 Consolidated Application submitted to HUD (no later than 10/30/24)

10/30/24 – NOFO Submission to HUD Deadline

08/29/25 – FY2025 COC priority listings to HUD
