Action Plan

In 2021 Norman / Cleveland County received the Homebase Study and Norman Cleveland County Action Plan.  This was a comprehensive study commissioned by the City of Norman to generate an action plan for homelessness issues in our community.  The Homebase Implementation Plan is updated and presented to the City of Norman as requested.
