NOTICE OF APPLICATION

On or before September 30, 2022 Thunderbird Clubhouse, Inc. designated as the Collaborative Applicant for the Cleveland County Continuum of Care will submit an application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for FR-6600-N-25; FY2022 Continuum of Care. Within this application five Renewal Applications are eligible for submittal Thunderbird Clubhouse, Inc. OK0081L6I042106; $76,696, HOPE Community Services, Inc. OK0035L6I042114; $137,505, Food and Shelter, Inc. OK0055L6I042110; $128,568, Catholic Charities, Inc. OK0159L6I042102; $68,500, State of Oklahoma: ODMHSAS OK0157L6I042102; $27,843. As part of this same application, Thunderbird Clubhouse, Inc. will submit a Planning Grant that is not included within the ranked applications.

The completed Renewal Application must be submitted for review to Thunderbird Clubhouse by 5pm on August 29, 2022. The Norman/Cleveland County Continuum of Care will begin the review and edit process for these applications by the Review/Rank Committee of the Continuum of Care on September 1, 2022. Ranking and review of all Renewal Applications will be held on September 6, 2022. In compliance with HUD requirements and the Cleveland County Continuum of Care By-Laws and Governance Charter. All applicants will be notified in writing of the acceptance or rejection of their application on September 14, 2022.

The Cleveland County Continuum of Care reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities at it discretion as long as all HUD requirements are met.
